Martin founded MYLES in January 2023. Prior to that, he spent almost 20 years as Managing Partner responsible for building EDIZON Innovation into one of Europe's leading companies for Outcome-Driven Innovation. From this time there is a very close partnership with Anthony Ulwick, and his team at Strategyn in USA.

Oliver is Managing Partner at MYLES. He has been applying Outcome-Driven Innovation on a daily basis for many years. Customers from the medical technology, construction machinery and electronics industries have worked with Oliver on their innovation, marketing and sales strategies. At MYLES, Oliver is responsible for operations, service development and partner management.
